Brett Young gave a fan a memory that will last a lifetime.
The 10-year-old named Abbie wrote to the country singer and invited him to her party. Since he couldn't make it, her family got her a cardboard cut out of Brett instead.
Brett decided to surprise the little girl and actually showed up! "I wanted to see what would happen if the real me showed up," he says in a video shared on social media before serenading Abbie with his hit song, "Lady."
"This. Was. Incredible," he captioned the Instagram post. "It was a pleasure meeting you, Abbie!"

Abby's neighbor shared in a separate post, "It all started with a cardboard cutout that I casually mentioned in my stories (and how much she is obsessed with him) and HERE HE IS in the flesh! I am SO thankful for this community and making a little girls dreams come true today was probably the highlight of my year!"

A Florida news station was on hand to document the moment as well.
“He walked in, and I didn’t even believe that he was there,” Abbie told FOX 13. “I was speechless and didn’t know what to do.”.
