Stephanie Taylor

Stephanie moved to Fredericksburg at the age of four, and although she can’t remember back that far, she does remember when Central Park was just a giant field and spending her childhood browsing KB Toys in Spotsylvania Mall. She graduated from Chancellor High School and then attended Middle Tennessee State University where she got her degree in Music Business and interned at Sony Music. She credits her dad for telling her she should try doing radio. (Thanks Dad!) After college, she began working at Thunder 104.5 as the receptionist before getting the nerve to go on-air. After a few years away, she has returned to Thunder and is happy to get to know her hometown again. Stephanie lives with her husband, Brian, their rescue cats: Hobbes, Neville Whitebottom, and Ron Meowsly, and their bearded dragon Luna. (Raise your hand if you get the Harry Potter references.) However, they are rarely called by their names and instead go by 10 different nicknames, as all pets do.
